Report illegal content

Anyone can use this form, also without a Cyproom account (EU Digital Services Act, Art. 16). A person at Cyproom reads every notice. For a problem with someone you were introduced to, the quickest way is the Report button in the app.

In an emergency, call 112 first.

What kind of illegal content is it?

Cyproom profiles are not public, so tell us what you saw: the member’s first name and age as shown, the date, and whether it is a photo, a text or a message. A link, if you have one.

Explain as precisely as you can, at least 20 characters.

We send the confirmation and our decision here. For child sexual abuse material you may leave your name and e-mail empty. Then we cannot tell you our decision.

What happens with your details: Cyproom (Nicolas Demetriou, trading as NXDPRO Solutions, Limassol) uses them only to handle this notice, as the Digital Services Act requires. A person at Cyproom reads it; we do not tell the member who sent it, and we share it only with authorities where the law requires it. We keep it for 12 months after our decision. You can ask to see or delete your details at info@cyproom.com.
