Waitlist terms
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Cyproom is a service of Nicolas Demetriou, trading as NXDPRO Solutions, Pontidos 17, Agios Athanasios, 4103 Limassol, Cyprus (info@cyproom.com). These terms cover only the free waitlist. The service itself will have its own terms, which you will see and accept before you create an account.
1. What the waitlist is
A free list of people who want to be invited when Cyproom opens. Joining does not create an account, does not buy anything and does not oblige you to anything.
2. Who can join
- Adults (18+) who live in Cyprus or are moving here.
- One entry per person, with an e-mail address that is really yours.
- We may remove entries that look fake, automated or abusive.
3. What we plan — and what may change
We will e-mail you when we open. We may open in waves and invite people in an order that keeps every area balanced; the date you joined and the friends you invited also count.
What this site describes (weekly introductions, ID check for everyone, €7 per mutual “yes”, first one free, no subscriptions) is our plan for the launch in Cyprus. Details may change before launch; if anything important changes, you will see it before you create an account. Nothing is for sale today and nothing is charged.
4. Founding members and invitations
- Founding members: the first 300 people in Cyprus who create an account and pass the ID check after launch get 2 free conversation openings in total instead of 1.
- Invitations: when someone joins through your personal link and, after launch, passes the ID check and receives their first introductions, you both get one free opening — up to 5 for each person who invites.
- Free openings have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not expire while your account exists. Invitations from fake or duplicate accounts do not count.
5. Leaving
You can leave at any time with the link in every e-mail. Your entry is deleted immediately.
6. Responsibility
We do our best to keep the site available and your data safe. The waitlist is provided free of charge and does not oblige us to launch on a particular date. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. Write to us first if something is wrong — we will try to fix it quickly.
